Our hourly individual counselling sessions will last 50 minutes. First couple and family counselling sessions can last 60 minutes.

Our counsellors are well trained in a variety of approaches to therapy: Attachment, family systems, CBT, EFT and more. The best suited approach for your counselling needs will be determined following a collaborative design of your treatment plan.
